Booking
Booking in advance is highly preferred. This will allow us to reserve time for you and necessary preparations required for your appointment

Upon booking, clients are required to enter a valid credit card on file. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to complete the booking, this must be paid. This deposit is used towards any treatment of your choice.
Guests are not permitted unless you are under 18, in which case a parent may accompany you.

All clients must read and adhere to pre & post care instructions. No treatment will be provided if failure to stop use of listed products at recommended amount of days.

Payments
Appointment deposits can be made by credit card/debit card via Wix Booking.

Remaining balance of invoice can be made : cash, e-transfer (+tax), credit card on file (+tax)
Treatment Packages
When investing in a treatment package, it's crucial to book your sessions within 1 to 2 months of each other to uphold the treatment's efficacy and consistency.

Please be aware that these packages are non-transferable and intended for use by the same individual. Failure to schedule sessions within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the package.
Packages can be paid in full at first appointment OR 50% at first appointment and remaining 50% at second appointment

Please note: If you fail to provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment or are more than 15 minutes late, a $50 fee will be required before scheduling your next session. For example, if you’ve paid half of the package price at your first session and fail to provide 48 hours' notice or arrive late for your second session, you will need to pay the $50 fee prior to rescheduling the appointment.
Late & Cancellation
Please be courteous and provide Skin Sanctuary MD with 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will be more than happy to accommodate you for a future booking!

Clients who are late (15 mins +), miss an appointment or fail to give a 48 hour notice of cancellation, will require a new $50 deposit to rebook appointment.

This policy ensures our schedule remains available for other clients. However, we do recognize and understand emergencies happen and if this is case exceptions will be made.
Refund Policy - Product & Services
At Skin Sanctuary MD, our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction and cater to your unique requirements. While we consistently give our best effort, we acknowledge that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your treatment.
It's important to understand that all our services and products are non-refundable.
If you encounter a defect in your product, please reach out to us for inquiries about product replacement. Kindly note that any inquiries must be submitted immediately or within 15 days of online purchase.
